Basic Dip mix:  1-1/2 C. Sour Cream, 1/2 C. mayonnaise.
 
Juicy Lucy:  Mix your favorite spice with cream cheese and dollop in the
              middle of two hamburger patties (patties should be made thin).
              Pinch the patties together to make one burger and grill slowly so
              ingredients will not bleed out.   ENJOY ! !
 
BACON CHEDDAR
   
Bacon Cheddar Scrambled Eggs
 
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp oil or butter
  • 1/4 tsp  Bacon Cheddar dip mix
Directions:
  • Break eggs into a small mixing bowl.
  • Add  Bacon Cheddar seasoning and mix well. 
  • Heat frying pan with oil or butter
  • Pour egg mixture into frying pan.
  • Stir until eggs have reached desired doneness.
  • Enjoy with strips of bacon and buttered toast.

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 1/2 pkg.  Bacon Cheddar dip mix
  • 1/2 C. sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
  • Blend together cream cheese and butter until creamy. 
  • Add  Bacon Cheddar seasoning
  • 1/4 C. shredded Cheddar and mix evenly.
  • Refrigerate one hour. 
  • Remove from refrigerator and form into a ball. 
  • Roll in remaining shredded cheddar and/ or chopped nuts. 
  • Serve with crackers.

Creamy Bacon Cheddar Dressing 
 
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 3/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 pkg  Bacon Cheddar seasoning
Directions:
  • Combine  Bacon Cheddar seasoning and milk. 
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend well. 
  • Allow to set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and serve over your favorite salad.

CHIPOTLE CHILE



GAME DAY CHILLI   Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (12-ounce) bottle dark beer
  • 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can beef broth
  • 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chilies
  •  
  • 2 tablespoons Chipolte Chile Gourmet Dips
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Garnish: pickled jalapeño pepper slices
Preparation
  • Cook first 3 ingredients in a Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring until meat crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain well.
  • Combine meat mixture, beans, and next 11 ingredients in Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 3 hours or until thickened. Garnish, if desired.
 
 
Chipolte Chile Cheese Ball
 
Ingredients:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C, shredded cheddar (sharp) 
  • 3/4 pkg. Chipolte Chile dip mix
  • 1/4 C, chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 C, olive tapenade
  • 1/4 to 1/2 C, chopped Jalapeno
Directions:
  • Blend together all ingredients until creamy. 
  • Add Chipolte Chile seasoning and mix evenly. 
  • Refrigerate one hour. 
  • Remove from refrigerator and form into a ball. 
  • Roll in chopped parsley and cheddar cheese.
  • Serve with crackers.

Chipolte Steak Tips
 
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds beef round steak (about one inch thick)
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 carrots, pared and chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg  Chipolte Chile seasoning
Directions:
  • Cut steak into 4 serving pieces. 
  • Dredge in flour, salt and pepper mix.
  • Brown and drain in skillet with a little oil. 
  • Add carrots and rest of ingredients. 
  • Cover and simmer until steaks are tender (about 2-3 hours).

Chipolte Chile Hummus
 
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups drained and rinsed Garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 Tbsp. Chipolte Chile seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. Tahini paste
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil  
Directions:
  • In a blender, mix first 4 ingredients until smooth. 
  • Then, while blender is going, add olive oil a little at a time
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or longer. 
  • Serve with pita bread, pita chips or your favorite crackers.

Creamy Chipolte Chicken
 
Ingredients:
  • 2-3 pounds of chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Chipolte Chile seasoning
Directions:
  • Heat oven to 300 degrees. 
  • Brown chicken in hot oil and add remaining ingredients. 
  • Cover and bake about 2 hours or until tender. 
  • Note:  You can make gravy by blending 2 Tbsp. flour and 1/2 cup water into the pan drippings.  Cook 2-3 minutes and if too thick, thin with milk. 
  • Serve chicken with your favorite rice and veggies.

Tips & Ideas
Chipotle Burger
Mix some  Chipotle seasoning into your burger meat.  Shape it into burger patties.
Cover and let sit in the fridge for about 1-2 hrs.
Mix some Chipolte seasoning into some mayonnaise.
Cover and let sit in the fridge for about 1-2 hrs.
Prepare all fixings of your choice (such as lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, grilled onions, grilled peppers, etc.)
Take the burger patties and either pan fry or grill to desired doneness.
Serve on a bun with  Chipolte mayonnaise and other fixings.

CUCUMBER  DILL
 
      GAGA'S Cool As A Cucumber Dill dip:  Place an 8 oz.pkg. of cream
      cheese in bowl and let soften for approx. 1 hr.  Pour in 1/2 pkg. of
      Cucumber Dill spice. Peel and grate a fresh cucumber with cheese
      grater. (Use 1/2 -3/4 of cucumber).  Mix and let marinade at least 1 hr.
      Best if made the night before.
     
Cucumber Dill Cool Greek Salad
 
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 onion
  • 10 black olives
  • 1 package Cucumber Dill dip mix
Directions:
  • In a bowl, mix 2 cups of sour cream with one package of  Cucumber Dill seasoning.
  • Cover and let stand in the fridge for 1-2 hrs.
  • On a frying pan or the grill, cook a thin slice of chicken breast seasoned to taste.
  • Let cool, and then slice the chicken breast into thin slices.
  • Prepare a bed of crisp, green romaine lettuce on a plate.
  • Top with chicken slices, tomatoes, cucumber slices, onion slices and black olives.
  • Serve with Cucumber Dill sour cream dressing.
Serving variations
  1. Instead of serving the salad with chicken, serve it with Gyro meat. 
  2. One can also add feta cheese.

Baked Crab Dip
 
Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 green onions, sliced thin
  • 8 oz crab meat (or imitation crab), chopped
  • 1/2 pkg. Cucumber Dill seasoning
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well. 
  • Spread into a 2 quart baking dish. 
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes. 
  • Serve with chips, crackers or vegetables.

Fried Fish Fillet
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound white fish fillets
  • 2/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 T Cucumber Dill seasoning
  • 1 ½ Tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
Directions:
  • First combine the breadcrumbs and Cucumber Dill mix in a shallow pan. 
  • Pour milk in a separate shallow pan. 
  • Dip fish fillets into milk first, then into breadcrumb mixture, coating well. 
  • In a skillet, heat the oil and butter until melted. 
  • Fry fillets until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side. 
  • Serve with your favorite tartar sauce or lemon wedges.

Creamy Cucumber Dill Dressing 
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 3/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 pkg  Cucumber Dill seasoning
Directions:
  • Combine  Cucumber Dill seasoning and milk. 
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend well. 
  • Allow to set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and serve over your favorite salad.

      GAGA'S Creamy Cucumber Dressing: Blend 16 oz, lite cottage     cheese,add a small amount of skim milk to desired thickness. Add 2-T Cucumber Dill  and 1-T Onion Chive. Marinade  at least 1 hour.Peel & grate 1/2 - 3/4 fresh cucumber into dressing and pour over your favorite greens. You can
garnish with feta or blue cheese.  Yummy and Healthy!!!!!

Sesame Garlic
      
Sesame Garlic Meat Loaf
Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 – 8oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 Tbs Sesame Garlic dip mix
Directions:
  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. 
  • Mix all ingredients well
  • Form into loaf shape.
  • Place on greased pan and bake about 1 hour

Garlic Potato Wedges
 
Ingredients:
  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame Garlic dip mix 
  • Sea salt to taste
Directions:
  • Slice potatoes (cleaned and skins on) lengthwise into eight wedges. 
  • Wrap each 4 potatoes in 4 sheets of foil. 
  • Before closing, sprinkle each sliced potato with 1 Tbsp. butter, 1 Tbsp. Sesame Garlic dip mix and salt to taste. 
  • Bake approximately 1 hour or until tender.

Shrimp Alfredo
 
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 T. Sesame Garlic dip mix
  • 1 pound of uncooked medium size shrimp (peeled and de-veined)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound of your favorite cooked pasta
  • Pinch black pepper  
Directions:
  • Melt butter in pan with the Sesame Garlic dip mix 
  • Add uncooked shrimp and sauté until the shrimp are pink. 
  • Add the cream and parmesan cheese and simmer about 5 minutes. 
  • Add a pinch of black pepper to taste then toss with cooked pasta and serve immediately.

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 3/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 pkg Sesame Garlic seasoning
Directions:
  • Combine Sesame Garlic seasoning and milk. 
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend well. 
  • Allow to set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and serve over your favorite salad.

Tips & Ideas

Combine oil & vinegar with a package of Sesame Garlic seasoning to make a vinaigrette. Place a bed of mixed greens onto a small plate.
Generously rub thinner chicken breasts with  Sesame Garlic seasoning. Saute in a frying pan.  Let cool, then slice the chicken breast into thin slices. Cook noodles to al dente (approximately 6 - 7 minutes).  Melt butter in a pan.  Mix in some Sesame Garlic seasoning to taste.  Toss with the noodles. 
Slice French bread and butter it.  Sprinkle it with Sesame Garlic seasoning.  Toast in toaster oven to desired crispness. Plate sliced chicken breast on a bed of noodles.  Serve it with a side of mixed greens, Sesame Garlic vinaigrette and toasted French bread.
Serve immediately.

Tomato Bisque
In a saucepan, gently whisk together 2 cups of heavy cream and one package of  Tomato Pesto seasoning.  Add 2 shots of dried cooking sherry. Simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes, stirring frequently.
Let stand to thicken. Serve immediately.

Serving Variations
1. 
To add variety, one can stir in lobster or crab meat in the last few minutes of cooking so that the meat is heated when soup is served.

          Alfredo

          When you make your favorite Alfredo, stir in 1/2 pkg. of Tomato Pesto. 
          Unbelievable flavor!  Also, brown chicken breasts in a pan with chunks of 
          onion. Season generously with Sesame Garlic and Tomato Pesto.  Add
          a small amount of water and simmer for 45 min. Spoon mixture on 
          chicken breasts and serve with your Alfredo.

ONION CHIVE  
 
Onion Chive Dip Mix
This dip mix is a classic combination of fresh onions and chives. Great with chips and fresh veggies.  It can also be used as a seasoning and used to make fantastic marinades, or mix with melted butter or cream cheese and tossed with hot pasta. 
    
Turkey Burger
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 Lbs ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 Tbsp Onion Chive seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt 
Directions:
  • Mix all ingredients together well
  • form into burgers
  • either saute in a skillet with oil or cook on a grill. 
  • Serve with your favorite buns and condiments

Crispy Onion Chicken
 
Ingredients:
  • 3 Tbsp. Onion Chive seasoning
  • 3 cups instant masked potato flakes
  • 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs beaten
Directions:
  • Combine the first 3 ingredients
  • Dip chicken into egg and roll in potato flake mixture. 
  • Place in a greased baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until browned and crispy.  
  • Serve with your favorite tossed salad and veggies.

Chicken Noodle Soup
In a saucepan, saute finely chopped onions until golden. Cut chicken into ¼” cubes, yielding ½ cup.  Add chicken to saucepan and brown. Add 2 cups of chicken soup.  Add one package of Onion Chive seasoning. Cover & simmer for 15 mins.
Add cubed carrots to the soup and continue to simmer for 15 mins., or until chicken and carrots have been thoroughly cooked. Add some soup noodles per package instructions.
Let stand to cool for a little bit.  Serve with sliced green onions.
Makes about 2 – 2½ cups.
Serving Variations
1. 
Substitute barley or rice for the soup noodles.

GARLIC BUTTER
     
     Empty package in a small bowl. Mix in 1/4 C. water.Wait 5-10 minutes
    until absorbed. Mix in 1-C. olive oil. Use mild or lite olive oil, NOT extra 
    virgin. Once mixed it should be placed in refrigerator and used within 3 days.
    You can place unused portion in small ice cube tray and freeze. Later you
    can place small amounts in skillet while cooking or microwave.
 
    Seafood/Chicken Scampi:
   
 Cook angel hair pasta.
      Pour some Garlic Butter mixture in pan. Cook shrimp, scallops, or
      chicken in it.When done put in cooked angel hair and the rest of the 
      Garlic Butter mixture.  For an even quicker dinner use cooked shrimp.
      Once mixed with olive oil it can be used for bread dipping, cooking or
    vegetables.

   Clam Sauce:
 
 Mix with olive oil as explained above, then add two 8 oz. cans of chopped    clams  for clam sauce over pasta.
